This is my first year logging my rounds and keeping my handicap calculated. With all of you guys help, I've dropped from an 18 down to an 11.5 However, with the start of a new year approaching, are we to discard rounds from the previous year, starting fresh in 2010, or is it a continuous calculation?

And always taking the best 10 out of the last 20. Once a score is not in the last 20 it is gone forever.

I will judge my rounds much more by the quality of my best shots than the acceptability of my worse ones.
