This could be a Equipment thread or a playing tips thread?

So I have a Scotty Face balanced Squareback #1. I finally got my Putting Tutor and found I'm not getting my face square at impact and it is slightly open. So face balanced putters are better for a SBST putting syle but I feel I have a bit more of a inside square inside stroke.

So my question is do folks think my style of putter is hindering me getting my face square and a putter with more toe flow would help. Also anyone know if my squareback can be bent to get a bit more toe flow?

Thanks in advance!
