Cleveland Irons/Wedges

Cleveland's CG7 Tour Black Pearl irons and CG15 Black Pearl wedges feature the new laser-milled face. It's great! I have had the opportunity to hit them in our pro shop and they performed well. I loved how the ball came off the club face, the feel of the club was solid, ball flight was not only consistent but a nice medium-low ball flight when combined with Project X 6.0 shafts. They have great workability and are good all around. I wouldn't give up my S57's and Tour-W's however! The only draw back to me is "laser-milled" engraved all over the club. Seems a little too flashy. The reason for this post is that I've gotten many questions regarding Cleveland for some reason at my club house so I figured there may be other's out there that have interests in these clubs. Like I said, the 1 thing I don't like is the "laser-milled" engraved all over the place. HAH! Quoting Golf Digest, "it seems Donald Trump-ish"

I just purchease the Cleveland's CG7 Tour Black Pearl irons ( 4- PW) and I have no complaints at this point. Maybe after a couple more rounds I can give you some more feedback but after my two rounds of golf with them I've been please.
