i was just wondering if the info on the site is accurate. it says like if you hit your 6 iron blah blah distance then this is your swing speed and this is what shaft you should get... thanks. also i was wondering if you could put rifle shafts into my irons (mizuno mx-23's) thanks

It's a baseline or rule of thumb but just because you can hit your current 6 iron 190 (for example) doesn't mean you should get a Rifle 7.5 - You still need to get fit by a professional and/or give more details about your current equipment, flight, why you're looking to change and what you expect to happen from changing shafts

Yes you can. If your MX-23 has steel shafts in them now then you will need .355 taper tip shafts. Otherwise if you MX-23's have graphite shafts then you will need .370 parallel tip shafts.

Dynalite shafts aren't "more" flexible than other shafts. They are a different bend profile. Dynalite is a tip soft, butt stiff shaft. To a player who is used to a shaft like dynamic gold which is butt soft and tip stiff, it may feel a little weak to flex.
