How to make my rac Fe2o3 wedge rust more?

how do i make my taylor made fe2o3 wedge rust more i just can't seem to make it rust enough... the rust is worn off of the face where i strike the ball and the sole of the club... help

how do i make my taylor made fe2o3 wedge rust more i just can't seem to make it rust enough... the rust is worn off of the face where i strike the ball and the sole of the club... help

The impact areas of the club, the sole and face, will be devoid of rust due to interaction with the ground and ball. Unfortunately there is little you can do to keep rust in those areas. It is simply one of the drawbacks of actually playing golf with clubs versus keeping them as collectibles.

      Day 244 (3 Jan 24) - Friday men’s group round - a really solid front nine at one over 37 from the gold tees. Out of the 8 pars - six were up and downs…the lone bogie included a water ball penalty stroke.  At the turn, game shifted to my typical reality as it was a 45 with open and close dbls on 10 and 18, with five bogies and two pars strewn in between. Still a solid 82 overall - with 28 total putts (incl one 3 putt) 5 GIR and 5 nGIR.   Oh the highlight of the day - the ladies’ teaching pro was in our foursome and she was very complimentary of my overall approach and wedge game.  It made those drills in the backyard well worth the time spent.
