I'm really surprised at some of the responses in this thread. If you run a business, you don't talk to customers like that. You don't belittle them, you don't tell them you've worked for people so much better, richer, smarter, more talented, etc. If someone is beyond belligerent then you make them leave, and if they won't you call the police. Customers should be civil but asking questions, even questions that seem to imply you, the "expert" are wrong, should be answered. If all he wants to do is work on tour pro clubs then he shouldn't run a business open to the public.

Exactly my thoughts. I wasn't trying to test his knowledge or ability at all, I was asking him an honest question, and he flipped. He didn't just say what he said nicely, he was nearly yelling.

I worked in retail for quite some time when I was young, and I had customers that were just abjectly RUDE to me (remember, I lived in Boca!) I never, ever, ever once even came close to what this guy did. Makes me glad to be out of Boca.

    • I had a few tweeks in the bag. I took out my Mizuno pro FliHi 3 iron replaced it with a Titleist GT2 7 Wood. what a change that is, so easy to hit, it goes so high without it ballooning on me. I couldn't get rid of my callaway woods ( Rogue ST Max LS ) but changed the shafts to Diamana BB 63 stiff for the driver and 73 stiff for the 3 wood. Than i got myself a new putter Odyssey S2S jailbird yes i joined the centershaft family
    • First off all i think you should use the same ball all the time. We all strive for consistency on the course, the only factor you can be sure it will be always the same is your ball if you always use the same. So i think we should always use the same. I recently switched from Titleist Pro V1x to Srixon Z-Star Diamond because it i get a bit softer feel around the greens and same results on driver and irons
