Anyone notice an interesting equipment choice while watching the Winter Olympics? Watch the Short-track Speed Skating, Luge, and Bobsled events closely. Most of the athletes are wearing GOLF GLOVES for traction when pushing on the ice, etc. Apolo Ohno had a Foot-Joy glove, several bobsledders were wearing Taylor-Made, etc.

I didn't notice it myself, but I just found this on Yahoo sports. Apollo has a golf glove on his right hand and some glove with gold tips on his left. Looks like he blacked out the Footjoy logo on the glove or had the one with the ball-marker insert and just took that out.

I did see a bobsled team cant remember which one though had Taylor Made R7 gloves on....did not notice Apollo until the above pic.
If you always do what you've always done....You'll always be where you are right now..

I said to my wife last night that the bobsled team looked like they were wearing golf goves.

Driver: Taylormade R9
3 Wood: Cobra S 9-1
