Another golf Ball question?

Every year I go through the same thing. I search for a new ball. For the past 2 years I have played the TaylorMade Burners. There was a brief hiatous last year while I tried the big bertha diablo. I came right back to the Burners though. This year I was thinking about switching again. I had a few balls in mind and was hoping to get some opinions on them before I waste money on a dozen balls. I was looking into The Srixon Trispeed and Titleist DT SoLo. More so towards the the Srixon cause I can get two dozen right now at dicks for $30 and that might possible along with my dozen burners I have now might get me through the rest of the season. I wish ball companies put out trial packs so you could buy a couple before buying a whole dozen to make sure you like them. I know you can buy 2ball packs from websites but to waste money on shipping for 4 balls is crazy to me. Any help you could give would be great thanks.

I've never played either, so I can't help you there, but if you are worried about the ball's playability before you buy it, I'd recommend getting a dozen from lostgolfballs.com. Just looked up both of those and you can get Srixon Tri-Speed balls in near mint playability (AAAA) for $8.95 a dozen, or DT Solos (AAAA) for the same price. I've gotten balls from them before and most of the AAAA balls have only been hit once or twice tops, but may have markings or corporate logos.
