Watching your swing in slow motion helped me pick up on a few things... there is a lot of motion going on here.

- On the takeaway, it is evident (even from the front) that you are laying the club off and getting your hands a bit too deep and inside. A video from the side would help here.

- As you are making your shoulder turn, your left shoulder is turning your head completely away from the ball. Try keeping your chip up higher at address and allowing the left shoulder to rotate under it.

- Your transition from the top is triggered by a big horizontal move forward with your hips... this is the reason that your swing looks a bit loose and chaotic when comparing it against a tour pro. Read up on "hitting against a firm left side." At impact, your lower body is well ahead of your hands and arms, proper position would be a release of the hips with the head behind the ball and the back of your left hand leading the whole motion through the ball.
