Yeah.  Same problem.  Your shoulder turn is too flat.  Go back to my original post and do the drill I suggest.  This is why your head is moving:

You need to work on the same things Luke Donald mentions here:

The feel is going to be completely different than what you are doing.  If it doesn't, you probably aren't doing it enough.   That will take care of the head movement.

Who knows exactly why this same thing happens to a ton of golfers.  It's probably a combination of Peter Kostis talking about "maintaining the spine angle" on swingvision and Jim McLean talking about "creating torque" in your backswing.  Golfers seem to universally interpret this as "stay in flexion on the backswing" and "feel the stretch in your left side" respectively.  You should be doing the exact opposite.
