My Swing (hapazoid)

Hey all,

I am new to the forums and have noticed alot of good advice on peoples swing videos. I am trying to fix my swing, I have never had lessons in my two years playing, and would really like to add some consistency to my game. I have a tendency to hit up on the ball and slice the ball. I am trying now to overhaul my swing.

Any adivce would be appreciated.

On the face on view, I'm noticing that your hands seem very low on your follow through. Are you swinging full speed? Seems like your taking a 1/2 to 3/4 swing.

My first swing of the face on view and possible last are not full swings, I had trouble cutting the video so I couldn't remove them. The second swing is a full swing.
