So I play with Cleveland TA-2's (+.5 inch/2 deg. up)  w/ DGS300 in them and I'm looking at either replacing the shafts or just getting a new set.  I've been feeling for the past few seasons that I hit my long irons very high and I feel like I'm losing distance on them because of it.  My driver swing speed is 95-100 mph and I usually driver the ball around 265-270 with an older Taylor Made (R510) stock stiff to give some background.  I probably only hit my 3 and 2 iron's 195-210 with a high, soft landing shot while I can hit the 7 close to 160 with seemingly a more average to high flight.

Also on a side note.... I just bought a Taylor Made Burner 2.0 and I've only hit it at the range but I feel maybe 10-15 yards longer with it.

I've heard some good things about the project x line of shafts and was considering purchasing some of them.

My questions are...

1. If I were to change shafts, which of the two do you think would benefit me more?

2. Do you think DGS-300 is still the right stiffness and what project x flex would you recommend?

Any help would be appreciated.
