I'm thinking of getting a 3H and a 4H to add to by bag but i'm a little confused by the lofts of the clubs.

It seems the loft on a 3H varies between 18 and 21 degrees - should i be picking the loft that matches the 3 iron from my set or will any 3H do regardless of the loft?

I've been looking at the TaylorMade Burner which is 18 degrees and the Nike Machspeed SQ which is 21 degrees - anyone have experiences with either of these?
In my M9 Cart Bag:

Hybrid: Burner Superfast Rescue 3H/18*
Irons: Burner 09 4-SW (inc AW)
Putter: Spider Monza Balero

You'll also want to look at shaft length in addition to loft when trying to fill in a distance gap. All the hybrids I looked at had significantly longer shafts than irons.

I recently purchased 3, Ping Rapture V2 hybrids, 20, 23 and 25 degrees. The shafts seem shorter than other hybrids I have tried. I really like the way they feel and play. I bought to replace my 3,4 and 5 irons.
