start by moving the big muscles, ie. chest, shoulders and hips. leave the arms and hands passive. This allows one to swing freely and on plane with relaxed connection to the club.
you will be amazed.

Why not do all of the swinging with your body as explained in the golf swing master key instruction. Works for me.

I'm confused??? Your arms are attached at the shoulders. It would be very difficult to move your chest and shoulders without moving your arms.

He did not say that the arms do not move. The body swings the arms. Try a search on Google for "body powered professional golf swing".

Ok, I did the search ("body powered professional golf swing") as you suggested and wound up with a plethora of really bad swing advice. Please explain to me which of these links you're referencing:

My reply post to your search quote below did not post so I will try again.

Your turn of the chest and hips(to a lesser degree) will initiate and control your swing not your arms. When you try to get arms involved, that's where the power leaks occur. Just take a short iron and at address, let your arms hang. Now just turn your chest to the right and allow the arms to follow along for the ride. Take a half or quarter swing like this and then move to the left-no flex or tension in the arms.
