Found the chart, 33.5 inches wrist to ground and 6' tall. Black seems to be just fine. Even now, from my teen age years I can hear my Dad, "It is not the club that missed the shot it is the swinger of the club that did not live up their end of the deal." Some how i doubt that it will have changed over the ensuing years.
Its funny as your researching these clubs brought you here... if you look up a bunch of posts, I did the same 8 years ago! I actually took them out at a Member guest tourney my friend invited me to over the summer. I should have left them home as I didn't shoot all that well... it was still better than going to work!!

I would say if you do swap out the shafts, save the old ones for sure. I don't think I have ever seen Eye2 BeCu's with graphite shafts. I have a set of ISI's BeCu's with graphite shafts.
Take them to the range a bunch of times and get use to them and then see where to go. Do keep us posted. Hit em straight and enjoy that BeCu feel!
