I play with TM TP RED LDP. I carry 2 balls in my pocket, one new and another worn/scuffed. When there is a chance of losing the ball, I use the worn one.

Today, I noticed that the ball flight between the two is slightly different. The newish ball tends to fly higher with more spin. I was wondering whether the difference is negligible or not. Any first hand experience you want to share?

A worn cover ball will lose a certain percentage of its distance with wear. Wear creates wind friction, and it also affects demple depth.

You ever hit one of thse worn out range balls that are almost slick. I hit one last week that you could harly see the demples on...slickest golf ball I've erver seen. It looked like a nuckel ball as it departed.
