Anyone heard of Akagi wedges?

I'm looking to perhaps change my wedge setup a bit and was looking around online. Through Bing shopping I ran across a place selling wedges made by a company called Akagi. Couldn't find much about them on the web, except for one mention of them in a forum as a "top end" company in Japan.

Anyone heard of them? Is it fairly common for there to be brands in the Japanese golf market that aren't marketed much elsewhere?

In the Ogio Blade Light bag:

Well the Akagi was one of the aircraft carriers used to attack Pearl Harbor.
