Ordered Gigagolf clubs - just got my shipment

Ordered a 3 Iron, it looks great. Feels really good too. I went and tried out a Callaway X-22 today, and the Giga GX-922 feels really similar.

I also ordered a TRX Ti Driver, and it looks.... ummm... invisible. It wasn't in the freaking box. It was on the Invoice in the box, but the club wasn't in there. Just shot an email to their tech support.... anyone else had this happen?

I just got the GX 922 irons. I have been trying to figure out the right fairway woods to get an I've been a real pain in their a**. They've been awesome throughout the whole process. I love those clubs. They play fantastic and the customer service has been great. I'm sure it was an oversight and they wil bend over backwards to make it right.

That's their thing.

The only experience that I have had with them is a couple of phone conversations and they where a real pleasure to talk to. Just went a different direction. If you search this forum it seems to me that they have pretty good customer support so I bet they will make it right and then some maybe. If you want a quicker response just call them. I prefer to talk mano to mano but that's just me.
