Hey,

I recently played a full 9 holes right handed, I am actually a lefty.

I ended up shooting 51 on 9, Par 35, 34.9 rating, 125 slope, 3089 yards

it was awesome! no stress of playing or scoring well

i wonder how long it would take for me to become a low handicap playing right handed?

Golf is hard enough to the point where learning to play "switch" doesnt interest me lol.....plus it could get real expensive, real fast.

:( Better than my best on 9 of 58. :) Good shooting. Sounds like if nothing else it was fun and that's what it should be. :)

It was sick, I pared the first hole (par 4) and I was sitting on 9 tee needing a Par (par 4) to shoot 49!

    • I appreciate that you have taken the time to come back and update. Based on what was previously discussed I feel like the points were; forged, feel good, price, and possibly players distance. If you like the "looks" of those Maxfli irons and if price is a major point, then going straight to the source, Maltby, might make sense. Specifically, the TS3 iron. I was looking into this myself and found some reviews: Fit2YouGolf, Lets Play Thru, and ELITE FIT GOLF. As per your update I found the Maxfli to be ~$1300 fitted the way I wanted. Where the TS3 with the same fitting and assembled by Golfworks was less than $750. I suppose the downside is to actually hit the iron you will need to get lucky and find someone in your golf circle who will let you hit theirs or order a 6 or 7 iron to test. However, the way I look at that is being equivalent to some fittings. If you like the results and buy, then the fitting is free, otherwise the price of the fitting is a sunk cost. If name brand is important, then I submit for your consideration - THE BEST OVERALL IRON of 2024...... FACT !! 😉 A bit tongue in cheek that but also, I feel some good points were discussed.
    • Day 150 1-10 focus on arching the wrist and getting the ball to go left. Recorded, hit foam balls.
    • Day 467 - 2026-01-10 Practiced at Pinehurst every day I was there, and before Junior Elite this morning I got fifteen minutes of backswing checks in the mirror in.
