I am.

Fine, I'd just graduated from University so had no real ties back home that made it difficult, apart from family. But I travel back enough, and they travel to the US enough that I don't miss them enough. In fact my mother is rather sick of seeing me this year!

Hello~

I'm English, was born near(ish) Leeds, lived in FL when I was 4-7, moved back and lived here since. I have a transatlantic accent that both sides of the pond seem to disown. Not British enough, not American enough, I'm sort of in limbo. The weather here is almost as bad as people make it out to be (see: Celtic Manor =P) but we're resilient and play when it's wet. I kinda wish I was living in the US, as everything golf-related seems to be better over there for the casual player. Cheaper, more available courses, the variety of tee boxes, the weather...

I would probably go postal if everyone says "have a nice day" as much as the stereotype though, that would seriously drive me crazy.

Also, this was written on the assumption you're from the US, if you're a fellow Brit you could have stopped reading at "hello" and not wasted your time =P
