I picked up the Scotty Newport romphill had for sale in "Marketplace" section.

After a rainy weekend I was able to get out for a quick 9 this afternoon. Shot even par with 14 putts. 2 of the putts were 50+ foot plus lag. No three putts today. The putter may kick my Scotty Midslant out of the game bag. We will see how long the honeymoon lasts.

BTW the Scotty greenskeeper tool came in handy today. The greens were soft. The tool is one of the best designs out there. To repair ballmarks one should lightly push the fringe areas rather than lift. The pivot tool is a natural.
