I never properly introduced myself... I'm about 30 miles south of Boston, just on the other side of the RI border. Lots of great courses in the area, but unfortunatley the season is pretty much over....

Welcome. I took up this game a couple of years ago - don't get to play in Mass. that much but my parents are members at New Seabury and I played there a couple of times this year. Tough place for a high handicapper like me but the Ocean course is very beautiful.

We're winding down here in NH. I'll play as long as I can and then hang it up for the skis when the snow flies.

      Okay, I'm genuinely curious about this "biodegradable leather" trend in golf. Are we talking snake oil here? I mean, golf balls, clubs... they all end up in the water eventually. Is this just greenwashing, or is there actually a real environmental benefit? And honestly, does it even perform as well as traditional leather? I don't want to sacrifice distance for the planet, you know? Anyone with real-world experience with these eco-friendly golf goods? Spill the tea!
