First off here is the link to my photos. Today Thailand and photobucket.com were a little more cordial with each other.

To the news. Practice round number 2. Like I'd mentioned yesterday, today I was going to get a bit more serious, try and concentrate on putts a little more, now that I know how to get around the course. The greens unfortunately weren't any firmer, faster, nor truer. That being said, I was able to knock around under par today. 1 under to be exact. Two birdies and one bogey. The two birdies were from 5 and 2 feet. I did make an 8 footer for par today, but outside of that, I've made nothing. Its just so difficult to convince myself to hit the putt as hard as I need to. So, that will be the key to tomorrow, which is day 1! The good news is, I'm still swinging with great confidence and hitting my spots. And again, this course is very pleasing to my eye. A very fun layout. So, I've got a late tee time tomorrow, 12:40... That means tonight I'll be at the gym watching live Muay Thai fights. I'm pretty stoked! Found this little gym that holds fights every Tuesday and Saturday night. Found another one yesterday for Wed. and Fri. nights too!

    • Interesting changes. The idea of relegation and promotion have always been there in a different form (getting and losing your card etc and qualifying for bigger events) but it looks like they want to define it better for top tier events. The Tour has always had A and B level events (and even lower). It will be interesting what they choose as the Challenger Series events and whether some tournaments go to the Challenger Series that used to be prestigious. Not sure how the networks will take to this knowing they have “Challenger” Series events defined that way now. Also, I’m not happy that John Henry and Theo Epstein are involved. Look what Henry has done to the Red Sox.

    • I have been debating getting a launch monitor of some sort, if only so I can re-figure my shot zones (I haven't actually mapped them in years) and also to practice distance wedges at home.  I have to see if this works with either my current setup, or what my setup would be if I move it to the garage.
