With all my recent focus on hand/arm positions, I forgot about the importance of grip and hip/leg movements, and weight transfer sequence. My hands had become too separated on the grip, I was gripping the club too much in the fingers of my left hand.

Will likely post video of these improvements tomorrow.

Better grip--Left hand-- butt end of club in the hypothenar eminence. Right hand---club in fingers and lifeline covers the entire thumb of the left hand (no gap)

From the top of the backswing, start the forward swing with the legs and hips (not the shoulders/arms) Watch the above video, I've been doing Hogan's drill of shifting the hips forward and rotating the torso/hips forward to initiate the forward swing.
