Mediocre range session today. Felt like my arms and body were a little out of sync, and contact was inconsistent. Still, I hit some pretty solid shots, and my misses were not terrible.

I spent some time trying to get more hip thrust on the downswing. This worked great with my 7i. It gives me more power with the driver, but some inconsistency with direction.

I watched some of David Wedzik's swings on youtube earlier tonight and noticed a couple things: 1) My shoulder turn is not steep enough. 2) I need to work on getting my hips/pelvis releasing, while keeping upper center back

      This isn't going to show you lateral dispersion at all. It's basically just a radar (for speed) launch monitor. It doesn't measure spin or anything like that. Not even launch direction.

      PGA Tour Makes Sweeping Changes Starting in 2028

      Interesting changes. The idea of relegation and promotion have always been there in a different form (getting and losing your card etc and qualifying for bigger events) but it looks like they want to define it better for top tier events. The Tour has always had A and B level events (and even lower). It will be interesting what they choose as the Challenger Series events and whether some tournaments go to the Challenger Series that used to be prestigious. Not sure how the networks will take to this knowing they have “Challenger” Series events defined that way now. Also, I’m not happy that John Henry and Theo Epstein are involved. Look what Henry has done to the Red Sox.
