Day 2 - The Beginning

I'm on my way to the range on a beautiful, cold morning to get some video of the first committed practice session. I'll be spending time hitting balls with the weight forward, move into weight forward and shoulder down. Depending on the progress I may work on hands back around but I really want to groove the shoulder down.

i plan to get this video to Evolvr for tips right away before I have to start changing too many things I thought I was doing correctly.

I did get some sleep last night and I don't think I dreamed about golf or a golf swing. There's a calming sense of purpose now.

Good luck and good on you. Stay committed. Know that there may be setbacks and that what you feel may not always result in what you see on video, but know that the destination is accurately portrayed and that you can get there.
