As some of you know (okay, that's not real, only I care), I've always struggled to get as much hip turn as I'd like to see in my swing.

Today my lack of hip turn was causing all sorts of sequencing issues. I'd overswing a bit at the top, the club would tip out, I'd palmar flex to save it back inside, and then I had to flip a bit at the ball resulting in a heavy shot even if I went forward.

I not only have to feel my right knee lose flex but I have to continue to feel my right hip move up and behind me - it feels like I'm rotating my hips like Vijay Singh when in reality I'm still only about 30 degrees (or a tad less), but man does everything sequence up nicely from there.

Zoo wee mama!
