Sorry folks. I haven't really had a chance to get on the computer lately. School just started and I'm kind of busy with that. It's really boring because every single day is the same exact thing. Wake up, drink coffee, get dressed, go to school, come home, golf practice from 2:30-5:30, then work if I'm on the schedule at 6. Get home and eat, do homework, take a shower, and get my tired ass in bed.

I really didn't feel the need to post anything for a while because nothing really has happened. I didn't feel like putting you guys to sleep while reading this, faces falling into hot coffee, and me being sued for 2nd degree cappuccino burns.

But, something important did happen yesterday. I played the best round of my life. I shot -3, 33 on the front nine during practice. I took a cart out and played the back nine because practice was over and I wanted to see how I would do on 18 holes. The weather turned on me around hole 15, and I had to go in because of lightning. I was tempted to reenact a certain scene from Caddyshack, but my common sense told me that it'd prefer not to die that day. So, I ended my round at -2 thru 15. I'll finish it up today and see how it turns out.

Our first match is next week some time. I don't know yet because our coach is about as organized as a 2 year old.

Also, our practice today is with the girls golf team.

Nice.

    • No…? When we edit the title of topics, a little note appears.
    • Rush or delay your own pace and you are probably going to suffer in the long run. PGA pro are well oiled machines that work on an specific pace, it's not surprise that if you move them out of their normal routine things are going to go sideways. I normally don't rush shots, but I sometimes delay the trigger if I'm not feeling it. The result is a lack of athleticism, I kind of get a little stiff and I could loose some yards and accuracy.
    • It seems like the title to this thread may have been edited. Super hilarious BTW.
    • Argentina: I read about the 3 or 4 clubs challenge in several countries. Here in Argentina, once a year, on several clubs, "Torneo de Brujas" (The witches tournament) is played. It consist on the same concept, only 4 clubs are allowed but the difference is that only woman can play it. What amaze me is that the winning scores are almost the same as if they were playing with all 14 clubs. Seems like sorcery to me..
