Driver Launch Angle

I have a G15 9 with a ust 69 gram pro red. Recently during my lessons my instructor has got my driver set up to be a bit more over the ball. It looks much better as my old set up I was really starting to tilt away from the ball. With my old set up I was launching the ball nice and high with a 12-14 degree launch angle. With my new set up I'm launching it much lower at 9-11 degrees. My SS with the driver is 107 on average.

For my SS what do folks think the optimal launch angle might be? And do you all think a 10.5 driver would be better or maybe a shaft with a lower kick point?
