Yeah, no doubt.  Trust me I don't want to buy new clubs...like I said i had the old set for 10+ years.  I think the loft difference has effected my perception...maybe.

I might just get them bent..since they are forged.......

I would stick with them.  Its all about about playing time.  it takes time to adjust to new equipment.  I went from playing adams undercut irons to nike vr full cavities.  Best decision i have made as soon as i got used to them.  It sounds to me like your ball striking is the issue not the clubs.  So i agree with past comments lessons from your local club pro may be a good thing and may make you enjoy the game more and be less frustrated.  Hit em' straight and long.
