classic clubs where art tho?

why do companies decide jus to discontinue som of the most quality clubs u'll ever get. i'm not sure if the v-steel is discontinued in the states but for most of canada it is well at least where i am, i was looking for the 13* tour spoon and u cant find that anhywhere. Its a shame that they made "T" stamp/681 irons a limited set because they are som pretty sharp looking blades. if u hav any other old school clubs u'd like to bring back we should find a way to make a list and send it to the companies because this weight technology is some real crap and they took it way too far. who puts weights in putters like seriously u don't hook or slice putts that severely that you need weights and weights in fairway woods i think it takes away the tru potential of a good fairway wood.

I couldn't agree more. I'm using a TaylorMade 480 from a few years ago. I love it. It's the best driver i've owned. I've tried hitting it with the R580 and R7's, but I can't get the feel. I am scared it's going to break one day. THen I'm screwed. I'm interested to know why companies do that, as well. Good thread!

These are Taylor Made clubs. Your lucky to find the V steel. TM brings out new designs biannually which lowers the resale on their stuff and makes older items off the market quicker.
