This is the first time i have ever seen my swing recorded. Never taken a lesson and didn't really start taking golf seriously until 2-3 years ago. Grew up playing tennis before making the switch to golf. Wasn't able to get a shot from behind, will work on that when i can.

good swing. a bit of a vijay/old padraig throwback to the 80's backswing, but if it works it's fine. the only thing i can really see that you would want to work on is your back heel in the downswing. your back heel pops up pretty high really soon after you start down which if you're not careful can promote you coming up out of your inclination to the ground and straightening up too soon thus sending the ball out right. i've had to work on this as well.

in hoc signo vinces... isn't that the sigma chi motto? my little brother is a sigma chi.

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, I am a Sigma Chi.

Any tips on ways to practice keeping the heel down?

ok... i'm sick today and on some drugs so they're making me a little woozy, but i'll try to focus my thoughts. i would get one of those squishy balls you get from the doc and put it under your right heel and try to feel under your heel until after you make contact. also, you might want to fan your front foot out a bit to take the tension of your turn off your acl and mcl.
