I ordered it two weeks ago and I'm picking it up today. I haven't even hit it yet but anything that is "supposed" to help it go straight off the tee is worth it...
In my Ping Pioneer LC bag -

Irons: Ping G15 4, i15 5 - PWWedges: Ping Tour S 50*, 56* bent to 55*, 60*Putter: TaylorMade Daytona Ghost 34"

we got them in today. The sound is still very very loud! I thought that NIKE might dampen the sound, but it was the same loud clank from when I tried it out a while back.

I took it out in the frigid morning and hit about 10 shots. It definitely works as advertised. long and straight. A number of customers around me complained that it was too loud and obnoxious. I would certainly agree on the sound.

This driver is going to be right up there with all of its competitors this year. I demoed this driver at golf galaxy and it suprised me. I'll admit, I didn't want to like this driver, I hoped the square drivers were a flop. They aren't. This driver takes whatever curvature you put on the ball and minimizes it. For me, over hooking the ball has been a problem and this driver took my nasty hook and turned it into a slight draw. Another factor to look into when considering this driver is, you can get an Aldila Vs Proto or a UST V2 shaft standard. This might be the new shape of golf.
