TaylorMade Burner Drivers

Taylor Made's marketing is spot on. Everybody wants more distance. No question about it. People buy new drivers in the hope of adding a few yards. I think it's meaningless to talk about accuracy percentages and all that, because any good player and even Tiger will tell you that it all comes down to the short game. The guys at the top of the leader board every week are getting up and down and making putts. All the shots inside 100 yards represent 65% of your score! At most you might hit 14 drives in a round, but many players hit 14 putts by the 6th or 7th hole. Forget about that new driver, buy a few wedges and a properly fit putter and practice with them!
