Job search is pissing me off

I am looking for a local job until the golf season comes back and I go back to work at the golf course and I am sick of this online application shit. By the time the store gets it it has been like 2 weeks and i've been dirt poor for 3...it is just pissing me off how they say they are hiring but it takes so long to interview people. GRRRRRRR sorry had to get that out.

I often work with people on public assistance. Research shows that walking in the door with a resume or a completed application still beats applying online for entry level jobs 2/3 of the time. I believe you are still in college? Try to end run all the people applying online and just apply at some places you think you would like to work, whether they say they are hiring or not. If you make a good impression with the receptionist etc. often you will get an interview and the rest is up to you.
