How do you clean your clubs?

Hey everyone, after playing a round of golf, our clubs are visibly dirty and a jacquard golf towel can't possibly remove all the dirt left in the grooves of our irons etc.

I usually spray an all purpose cleaner on my club faces and brush the grooves with an old brush once I get home.

How do you guys go about cleaning your clubs after a round of golf? Any Do's or Dont's?

all i do is use the little washers on each hole, besides that, i think i only clean them when im golfing at its raining, or at the beginning of each year, I know its bad, my clubs are very dirty.
