Hi

I'v been trying to get my G15 re-shafted recently with no luck. Local club maker is a bit of an amateurish operation. He said he was having trouble getting a shaft that fits so he fitted a tfc100 Ping shaft as a quick fix. As it turns out that shaft was terrible and on a closer inspection turn out the shaft had some hairline cracks in it too. It's a bit of a nightmare situation.

This has led me to thinking of going the DIY route. I'v looked up the methods for fitting shafts and it dose not look to bad but I'm a bit unsure what exactly I need so I was hoping maybe some of ye guys could confirm I'm getting the right stuff.

I'm probably going to end up using .335 tip shaft even though the G15 is a .350 so I was wondering if this adapter is the right one for the job.

So with this and a properly prepared hosel and shaft it should just be a simple assembly operation yeah ?

I'm going to use shafting beads also just to try and help get the best fit.

Any help would be appreciated. And just as a first timer any tips that anyone would have from experience would be great.
