This is a 3-PW set of Dynamic Gold S300 shafts that were pulled from a set of Mizuno MP-14 irons. They're .355 tip and they played standard length in the MP-14s. The shafts do not have shaft bands. They look to have been removed (rather poorly) by the previous owner. There is still a little sticker residue left behind on the shaft. It will probably come off with alcohol and a little scrubbing. I didn't bother with it because I decided to go with regular flex shafts after gripping them and never played the shafts other than hitting two balls with the 5 iron.

The shafts look to be in good shape. I'd rate them an 8/10 overall. There are a couple that have some minor nicks and dings in the chrome, but nothing serious. The tips will need to be prepped before install. I pulled the heads and then stored the shafts immediately. The grips are 9.9/10. There is no wear on them to speak of. They've barely been handled.

    • I appreciate that you have taken the time to come back and update. Based on what was previously discussed I feel like the points were; forged, feel good, price, and possibly players distance. If you like the "looks" of those Maxfli irons and if price is a major point, then going straight to the source, Maltby, might make sense. Specifically, the TS3 iron. I was looking into this myself and found some reviews: Fit2YouGolf, Lets Play Thru, and ELITE FIT GOLF. As per your update I found the Maxfli to be ~$1300 fitted the way I wanted. Where the TS3 with the same fitting and assembled by Golfworks was less than $750. I suppose the downside is to actually hit the iron you will need to get lucky and find someone in your golf circle who will let you hit theirs or order a 6 or 7 iron to test. However, the way I look at that is being equivalent to some fittings. If you like the results and buy, then the fitting is free, otherwise the price of the fitting is a sunk cost. If name brand is important, then I submit for your consideration - THE BEST OVERALL IRON of 2024...... FACT !! 😉 A bit tongue in cheek that but also, I feel some good points were discussed.
    • Day 150 1-10 focus on arching the wrist and getting the ball to go left. Recorded, hit foam balls.
    • Day 467 - 2026-01-10 Practiced at Pinehurst every day I was there, and before Junior Elite this morning I got fifteen minutes of backswing checks in the mirror in.
