Hey guys, I am new to SandTrap forums but have been a viewer for a while.  I am undertaking a new project of transforming myself from a scratch golfer to a Tournament player.  I need help with a proper workout routine. Any and all fitness advice will be appreciated. Thank you, Jason.

Try to find a local physio in your area that has someone that has golf dedicated exercises (Core strength and flexibility). Clinical Palates for golf is also good as it also targets the areas that need strength and flexibility. I feel pretty privileged going to the guy I go to. Now Im not looking to join the tour, just trying to make the game easier and more enjoyable through being more comfortable on the course through better fitness.
