First tried the v2 out a year ago when I got one of the 15 packs for $20 and really liked it a lot. After the first of the year, a local range had a 2 for 1 sale and I got 2 dz for $18. Went into a sports authority yesterday and they had some of the 15 td packs on clearance for $15 so picked one up. Then tonight, went into a local shop ( puetz golf for those in Washington) and they were clearing out the v2 for $9.99. Guy working there said that was the price until they were gone. He said a new ball was coming out, guessing it's the one in the black box. At $20 a dz, I decided this would be the ball I played for most of the season. For the price I paid for the last 4 dz its a no brainer. I may even sell off some the TM Reds I have squirreled away.

Good deal on a good ball.  I was playing these until I found a major ball reclaimer for South Florida down the street that lets me handpick Pro Vs for 15 a dozen.  The Gamer V2 is a solid performer.  On one occasion I played a Titleist loyalist and was out driving him.  On one hole he thought he got me and he drove to my ball and said, where did the Top-Flight come from?  I said, your ball is back here.  I could tell he was contorting inside, lol. Shot a cool 76 and we tied.

    • Day 76: just a lighter mirror work day. Working on grip, checking backswing, and working on a few downswing feels.
    • The only features I really look for in a golf shoe is that they’re extremely comfortable and they have to be waterproof.    I’ve been looking at the ASICS Kayano Ace since that’s the running shoe I wear and I absolutely love them but I’m also intrigued with True Linkswear. Their website lists the following models as waterproof:  Lux Hybrid Original 1.2 FS-Tour Lux G Lux Tour  OG Tour I like the look of the Lux Hybrid and Originals the best but would be interested in everyone’s input and recommendations.
    • Yeah I agree with this. Also…as was pointed out, many probably hear about the fun of playing a sport, riding around and having drinks as a great time. I know I’ve told many newcomers that and it made them want to give it a shot. Clayton also has no idea if one or more guys needed to use a cart for a variety of reasons. They’re playing golf….that’s good enough.
    • I imagine if you got just a little bit of rain the ball was probably hydroplaning.
    • Mine? Forward. Not like he demonstrates. I didn't think he intended to stay they actually moved backwards in relation to the ground. More a relative move to the rib cage.  Sorry, Im not sure I understand what the pics demonstrates to counter what I quoted.  I also want to make sure you understand that I come from a place where I have felt for a while that I have completely misunderstood how the pelvis/torso move globally in the golf swing positionally at some point in my learning so completely open to correction.
