Need help choosing between irons

My grandfather recently passed away and I was thinking of upgrading my clubs with some of his old ones.  Turns out he had 3 sets.  Being a golfsmith, I assume he made them all.  I'm looking for opinions on which I should choose (or keep my current set).  If I could get rankings and reasons, that'd be very helpful.  Thanks.
