Lately I have been hitting all fades and I use to be a draw player. The coach I saw tonight said its because on my downswing I am swinging directly at the ball instead of lagging the club and swinging around so the club face is staying open. Is there any good drills I can do to make this happen. Sometimes when I feel like I swing out I hit it straighter with a draw. Please help.

I am a lefty and he said my left hand grip was perfect, my right hand one was a little weak. So that actually helped it get a little better. Anything else?

make it feel like you're swinging behind the ball, pull the handle down and with passive arms let the club do its thing. at first it feels like you're gonna stuff the club in the ground, and if you don't straighten your right arm you won't. the centripetal force exerted will pull the clubhead down and through the ball. trick is to feel like you're swinging with your shoulders, NOT your arms.
