Any advice on my swing will be appreciated. I tend to push my drive to the right or duck hook it left. 70% of the time, my shots are on the heel of the face. Please help me fix my swing. No matter what i do, i have a closed club face at the top of the back swing. I've tried weakening my grip but that doesn't help. Maybe my hinge is wrong and late.

Also it looks like i loose a bit of my spine angle at impact.

Not bad, but I would say your right elbow is too low at the top of the swing.  It appears that you're setup with your hands slightly too close to the ball, reaching for it and creating a swing too horizontal.

Try this picture: http://www.golftoday.co.uk/proshop/features/2007/images/tiger_woods_swing_sequence_4.jpg

Also, look at your left wrist, something seems off to me.
