I had demo'd the Z-Star driver a little over a year ago when I was gaming an R9 and absolutely loved it, but couldn't swallow the $399 price tag at the time.  It came stock with the Miyazaki Dromos shaft, which is (in my opinion, of course) one of the smoothest shafts I've ever felt.  I didn't know it at the time, but with Miyazaki being in the same group and Cleveland/Srixon, the shafts you get in those clubs aren't "Made For" shafts, they're the same $300 shafts you get from the aftermarket.

Was in Myrtle Beach today and decided to stop by the PGA Superstore to pick up some golf balls, and I always go and look at the Clearance racks, and they had the Z-Star drivers on clearance for $150.  My jaw dropped, but I understand that this driver didn't sell like it should have for the performance.  After grabbing it to hit on the LM, it was still as good as I remembered it, so I bought it.  I'm going to go to the range tomorrow to get the hosel and weights setup on the range/course, but I've loved this driver since I hit the first time over a year ago.

I did a search and didn't find much talk about this driver here on the forums and thought to myself how big of a shame it was.  A fully adjustable driver with probably the best stock shaft put in an off the rack driver that got little to no coverage.  But now I see why it's $150, noone seems to even know about it.
