Dent in SW face

I made a nice blast out of the greenside bunker on No. 18 today, but ended up with a small rock burr in the face of the wedge. It is three grooves up and about 1/4-inch. to R of center, and might scar a ball if I had an off-center hit.

Anyone know how to buff it down without tearing up the face and groove? Could jeweler's cloth be used?
