Hello these are some pics from when I was on the swing simulator

any information on numbers that stand out to you that I need to improve on would be appreciated (i.e. spin rate, launch angle, side spin)

Your 3-wood backspin seems low.

      Thanks! Better though? Not worried about overdoing it yet. These were also the best videos of several I took. More to be done for sure but moving in the right direction I think.

      Down the line and face on from today. Still feeling like I’m sticking the club into a hole in the ceiling above my right shoulder and then big loop inside to start downswing. That’s how it feels. Not how it looks though! Gotta keep working on this for a bit but I see a lot of progress. 😁

      Day 5 (13 Mar 26) - Friday shootout cancelled- made it a practice round working from mixed tees. Plenty of up and down work around greens.  Best was a hole out birdie on the par 3 #5 hole - nice pitch and roll w/Pw from about 10yds off the green - dead center flagstick drop.  Much of round was focused on getting solid weight shift into lead foot.

      Day 208 3-13 Worked on wrist arching and flow. First time hitting reall balls at a range in months. It was nice to see ball flight. Still not sure it beats my backyard practice station.
