Bob - Was super surprised with one of the threads above.  Have dealt with you, owned a set of your prototypes,(Rader wedges, as well as the solus wedge set) which I still carry.  As a matter of fact, I just once again chipped in for eagle @ Indian Hills Saturday.  Like an abovr thread stated, these solus wedges are beginning to wear pretty good, and I am planning to get a set of the new generation wedges real son.  Having been in business for 40 years where products and product satisfaction is paramount, you do occassionally find a customer that doesn't like anything or anyone, and probably not even himself.  You did the right thing, refund and just hope he doesn't get interested in your wonderful products again..

When I finally get a new set of your wedges, I will post my assessment of them, and I can without doubt tell you before hand, I expect them to exceed the solus wedges, which I didn't think could be improved upon.  Just when you thi nk a product is near perfect, a better one will surface.  Can you imagine still driving the Ford T-model!!!!!

Thanks Bob for the long hours of research and design and the risk you took to bring us yet another "better wedge".
