of these three ClubCorp courses in Phoenix area, which to play?

I'm a member at a managed private club that has affiliates in the Phoenix area, and I'm planning a trip out there in May.  I'm going with my wife and we're staying with friends, but my wife understands that there is no way in hell that I'm going to Phoenix and not playing a couple of rounds of golf.  I've got complimentary greens fees at 4 courses as a result of the affiliation I mentioned previously and I was wondering, if I could only play 2(or even 1...gasp!!!), which should I play.  The courses are Anthem, Gainey Ranch and Seville, and I could also play Seven Canyons in Sedona on our way back from the Grand Canyon.  My wife loves Sedona and we will be staying a night or maybe even two there.  If anyone has any recommendations on these courses, it would be much appreciated!!!!!!!
