thinking about new putter

i am thinking about beginning a trial separation with old school Zebra putter after a beautiful 16 year relationship. I just an not getting the control that i need on my longer putts.

Definitely want to stay with a mallet-style putter. Looking at some online.. does anyone here have one of the scotty cameron mallets?

What's in the bag:

My brother has the Scotty Cameron Futura which he got about a month ago and LOVES it. He was sinking putts left and right on Saturday, I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a Scotty mallet
Currently in my titleist.gif X86 stand bag:

I have two putters that I rotate between depending on playing conditions

my blade and scotty cameron futura mallet...

I use the blade mostly, but it's always good to switch it up and see something different every now and then

I got the Cameron Detour about a month ago and love it. It took about a week to get used to it but now I am putting better than ever.

      If you’ve been playing over sixty years that means you’re not as young as you used to be, welcome to the club. Most people I play with are 70+ and we all seem to have issues. Couple of the guys have had cancer, heart issues and strokes but still doing the best they can. But not what they used to. Some are where they probably should just play nine holes because at about fifteen they are starting to struggle quite a bit. My scores are creeping up each year, don’t like it but it’s better than sitting in the recliner. Good luck.
