i cant give you a big review but i do like the 695MB. once i get the funds theyll be my new irons. the nike blades were a big let down for me and of course the mizuno irons exceeded expectations (and budget limits). you should just go to a golf galaxy or a proshop and hit a few shots with each and see which ones you like the best.

I've never liked anything with a cavity immediately behind the impact area. It makes the feel so much less ... defined???? For that reason, I've never really like the 695MB, MP-32 and to a lesser extent the MP-67. For that reason I'd have to stick with the Nike forged even though it may be less forgiving than other clubs....

I had the MP32s. Liked them, have a buttery soft feel when you hit them right. Have not played any of the others listed.

I do however, now play Hogan Apex blades. They have a crisper/sharper feel when struck correctly. And Have hti the Callaway XForged. A tad heavier feel in the head, and half between butter and crsipy feel.

I played the MP-32s for about a year and a half (currently playing the MP-60s - thinking of switching back), so that's the set I can truly speak to, but I'll offer my limited opinions on the others.

Nice review! On the Mizuno brochure, it's said that MP-67 is for even lower handicap golfer than MP-32. So I'm thinking it must be harder to use. My friend has MP-32 and I can say they're very lovely. Nice feel and boost the confidence at address seeing the thin top line. I have MP-60 and they provide the same great feel as well. I haven't tried the 695MB but boy that sure is one good looking blade besides Mizuno's. As far as Nike irons, I've never been a fan. Tried the Nike Pro Combo Forged and it felt like hitting stone golf ball, figuratively.

If you're saying 695MB, MP-32, and MP-67 are cavity blade irons, I don't know what would 695CB and MP-60 look to you. Game improvement irons, maybe?

    • If you’ve been playing over sixty years that means you’re not as young as you used to be, welcome to the club. Most people I play with are 70+ and we all seem to have issues. Couple of the guys have had cancer, heart issues and strokes but still doing the best they can. But not what they used to. Some are where they probably should just play nine holes because at about fifteen they are starting to struggle quite a bit. My scores are creeping up each year, don’t like it but it’s better than sitting in the recliner. Good luck.
